  • Once your booking order is accepted, a trained Phlebotomists (Sample Collector) will be assigned to visit you for sample collection on your chosen date and time-slot at pickup address. Phlebotomist may also take other vitals if suggested in the pre diagnosis.

  • You can view or download your reports from Website > My account option and Mobile app > Orders detail.
